Turmeric is Ginger’s orange cousin! Its active component is curcumin, the benefits of which are now widely proven by science. The most important are anti-inflammatory and antioxidant factors.
The way it was incorporated in this formulation, powdered, turns it into a slightly exfoliating soap, cleansing and revitalizing the skin in depth.
The blend of ginger essential oils, Litsea - also known as May Chang - and lemon creates a dynamic synergy, which is both invigorating and refreshing.
Each of these essential oils contributes its unique characteristics to the mixture, resulting in a very fresh aroma of citrus tones where ginger is also evident. It reminds us of the lemon and ginger cookies coming out of the oven in our grandmother’s kitchen, when we were going to visit her!
